All artwork is carefully packaged and shipped from Sarasota, Florida.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Custom portraits may take longer depending on the scope of the work — you’ll receive a timeline upon placing your order.
Shipping within the U.S. only at this time.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. I do my best to keep rates affordable while ensuring safe delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.
If something arrives damaged, please email me at rose@roseart76.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll do my best to make it right.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
